How do i redeem discount/vouchers?

Simply Email Spitpod Store ( store@spitpod.com) with what you wish to order and the discount code and Spitpod will send you an invoice for the item at discount cost.

What is a Pre order product?

This is an item that is not yet in stock and will be despatched when the stocks arrive. Stock information will be mentioned including stock expected dates on the item page.

Where is my Order?

To find out if you order has been despatched please check your emails for information, if you receive an email regarding despatch of your order use this including the delivery estimates page to find out wether your item delivery is well overdue. If items still have not arrived within 14 days contact us at Store@spitpod.com for more information

How do i return an item?

Items can only be returned if the item is faulty or wrong, the time span in which returns are expected are 10 working days. You must contact us regarding the item problem within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for returns of items.
