- Magnum Bolt (Hero) or Skull Bolt (Infamous)

- Buy every AMP skill asap as they’re all good.
- Every upgrade is good, but Precision Enhanced due to the high power consumption.

Pain Builds Character |  |
| Finish the game on hard difficulty.
inFAMOUS 2 has a fairly simplistic view on difficulty. The only big change I noticed was slightly less XP per kill, but going Hero usually helped to counter that. Enemies take more damage so try to keep your distance. I found guarding a station you’re charging in a black out zone to be the hardest part; though I found randomly throwing grenades and spamming L2 will usually win it for you. Here are some skills you might want to use to help you on your Hard playthrough. |

Just One More | |
| Pick up all the blast shards scattered around New Marais.
As you do your missions spam the L2 button and grab whatever is near your current objective. If you’re like me this should total 302 and the 3 remaining shards you only really go near on your Hero run. Once you get a rather small total just pick off missions till you can buy the Blast Shard skill. This will point you to where the closest shard is and will save you time in the long run. |

With Great Power Comes Greater Power |  |
| Unlock and purchase all powers.
This trophy is not fully accurate. It is possible to obtain every skill both good and evil in one cycle, but the game only requires you to obtain everything possible on that save. I strongly suggest you just play on easy (more xp) and play Evil side. Cap out every skill and the trophy will pop. |

| Pick up 50% of blast shards scattered around New Marais. | |
|
|
Fight the Good Fight | |
| Unlock the good ending. After you get the final blast core you will get offered a choice. These are clearly labeled and color coated! Pick Nix and finish the game. Note the good ending is more difficult than the hard ending. | |
|
|
Forging Your Own Path | |
| Unlock the evil ending. After you get the final blast core you will get offered a choice. These are clearly labeled and color coated! Pick Kuo and finish the game. | (2) |

Land Lord | |
| Take over the first island in New Marais. Just like the first game doing side missions clears the area and gives you control. As you play though the missions certain tasks will unlock others and there is no way to lock these trophies out. If you have an area open that you’re unsure how to capture run around in the area and try to find enemies. Usually there will be two of them and if you kill them one will drop a secret mission to take the area over. | |

It’s My Town, Now | |
| Take over the second island in New Marais. | |
|
|
Well inFORMED | |
| Collect all Dead drops. These are clearly labeled on the map as a bird and are all in a normal place but one. The remaining one is on the island where you get the “Back to the Bayou” trophy. The bird is a little bit more to the back and can be easily missed. If you cant find one check edges and near less common area’s. | (2) |

Arch Villain | |
| Earn full negative Karma. This requires FULL BAR so you must completely cap this side! Just keep doing evil deeds like killing street performers, or killing random people. The ionic vortex skill helps a lot. | |

Incorruptible | |
| Earn full positive Karma. This requires FULL BAR so you must completely cap this side! This will move faster and as long as you’re not too evil you will obtain prior to finishing all the missions. | |

| Complete BOOM! This is a morality choice mission. Select the red evil choice and you will unlock it upon completing it. | |

Playing Both Sides | |
| Complete Fooling the Rebels. This is a morality choice mission. Select the red evil choice and you will unlock it upon completing it. | |

Ambulance Chaser | |
| Complete Hearts and Minds Campaign. Complete Hearts and Minds Campaign. | |

Am I The Daddy? | |
| Complete Nix’s New Family. This is a morality choice mission. Select the red evil choice and you will unlock it upon completing it. | |

| Complete Exposing Bertrand. This is a morality choice mission. Select the blue hero choice and you will unlock it upon completing it. | |

The Cleaner | |
| Complete the assassination side missions. These missions will be a yellow circle with a ! in the middle. However unlike a normal side mission they will be filled with a red color. There is nothing fancy to unlock them and will appear as you go though them. They’re around 12 total to complete. | |
|
|
Frozen Asset | |
| Complete the ice Conduit side missions. These missions will be a yellow circle with a ! in the middle. However unlike a normal side mission they will be filled with a blue color. There is nothing fancy to unlock them and will appear as you go though them. They’re around 12 total to complete. | |
|
|
Dazed and Defused | |
| Take down the Blast Shard Bomber. There is an optional mission that will offer you the chance to take down the bomber. This mission appears in the ice solider area of town (top right) and is required to take over the city. If you do every mission you will come across it sooner or later. | |
|
|
Back to the Bayou | |
| Return to the swamp blockade. At the start of the game you will have a morality choice of killing people, or healing them shortly after obtaining the amp. After you finish this and escape you will need to at some point go back. This area is the island to the middle left and is the largest grey one. To get there you need the Lightning Tether skill and some patience. You must make it to the island where you had the morality choice for it to ding. Once you get on the island it will appear, but while you’re there make sure to keep going as its very hard to find dead drop is located there too. | |

Mountaineer | |
Climb to the top of the 3 tallest buildings in New Marais.You must climb to the absolute highest point for it to count and they’re as follows.

Extreme Makeover | |
| Destroy 30 verandas or other large objects. In the top right area of the game you will see these large flammable towers. Hit them with bombs till they drop and repeat 30 more times for the trophy. It only counts if you receive xp from the explosion. | |
|
|
Watch That First Step | |
Defeat an enemy by destroying the object they stand on.Several enemies will be in guard towers which only require a few shots to take down. Other enemies later on will make their own tower and you can stop them like that. There are also catwalks on the side of buildings which can also be broken. This will come naturally at some point though.

|
Finish What You Started | |
| Perform 100 finishers or ultra melee combos. To perform a finisher you need to attack enemies with melee till you see a triangle icon appear. When you see this you will be able to do a small cut scene kill. Each one of these count towards the trophy. This will come over time and will count even if you die. | (1) |

Knockout in the Blackout | |
| Defeat 50 enemies in powered down areas while no missions are active. Some area’s will be covered with horizontal dashes which indicate there is no power. After you play the game a bit you will be able to find several enemies in these area’s and get the trophy. This can be hard since there are limited places to heal, but kills count even if you die. If you’re unsure if you’re in the right place the game will prompt you saying its a powered down area and your radar will be fuzzy. | |

Go Long! | |
| Hurl 50 objects using the Kinetic Pulse ability. At the very start you ill be able to lift items with the kinetic pulse and there will even be a tutoral for this. Just keep picking up things till it appears. However this should come naturally while trying to get | |

|
Cole’ Blooded | |
| Defeat 100 civilians. Just keep messing around and it will come. On some missions I got 90 kills by sheer accident so you shouldn’t have to worry. | |
|
|
Army Of Me | |
| Defeat 300 enemies. Just play the game and you will get this. | |
|
|
Hero to the People | |
| Stop 80 crimes in progress. Crimes are noted by icons you will randomly encounter. These include $ for mugging, muscle man for adduction and I think bombs count too. Just keep doing them as you see them and over time the trophy will unlock. Due to their randomness in nature there is no real quick method. | |
|
|
Nothing Can Bring Me Down | |
| Stay off the ground for 130 meters. I got this during the evil ending .*Spoiler* When you go evil you side with the beast and will be able to fly with him. Since you cant fall down you just got to keep moving forward. After you hit 130 meters the trophy will unlock. *Spoiler* | |

Return to Sender | |
| Send a Helicopter’s rockets back at it using any Blast ability. Unless you do the hero side you will only see one helicopter in the story. When you see it wait for a red laser to appear and stand still. Shortly after it will fire two rockets which you can push black with L1 + X. If you miss this you have another cycle and around 5 appear in side missions. | |

|
Vehicular Manslaughter | |
| Defeat 25 enemies by throwing cars at them. Do this as soon as possible as enemies get harder to hit later on. You will know if you got the kill by a xp bonus called “Special delivery” | |
|
|
Take Them For A Spin | |
| Hit at least 6 cars in a single Ionic Vortex. Go to the first major city and walk around till you see a traffic jam or several parked cars. When you see enough cars to pull off the trophy push down on the D pad and hope you’re right. This can be done whenever and doesn’t require anything special. | |
|
|
Shock and Awe | |
| Thunder drop into a group of 5 or more enemies. There are many instances to get this trophy, but I found the mission where you fight under cover militia as street performer statues best. To do this just go really high and wait for them to bunch together. Once they’re near each other jump (and if need be hold R1 to fly a little) then hold square and hope you hit them all. This can be hit or miss so just look for good situations as you play. | (1) |

Thunder Flop | |
| Thunder drop from the highest place in New Marais. Head to the ice tower then climb to the top of the antenna then jump off the side where you can reach the lowest ground point. Once you jump hold square and hope you land. | |
|
|
Head Hunter | |
| Use the Precision ability to rack up three head shots in rapid succession. Try to do this with as many blast shards as possible! I found the best method was to find a muscle icon and snipe one of them. This will alert the others and allow you to take them out quickly. Just keep trying as this can be very tricky at times. | |
|
|
Discerning Taste | |
| Take down a street performer who is imitating a statue. Look for a music note icon and head there. If they’re grey covered they’re imitating a statue. There are several of them throughout the game so you shouldn’t have an issue. If you want this fast there is one by the church. | (1) |

|
I’m As Shocked As You Are | |
| Defeat an enemy or civilian by stepping in water. As you play though story there will be a town flooded with water. Just push an enemy into the water or wait for one to come then jump in. This will most likely happen by accident. | |
|
|
Don’t Fence Me In | |
| Climb a chain link fence and rejoice. I cant tell you if any fence will work, but I got this during the ravager fight. I just jump on top of the fence then jumped off and it dinged. | |
|
|
Express Elevator | |
| Ascend 50 vertical launch poles. These are yellow poles which let you jump super high. They can be found on flammable barrels in the top right of the map. Just keep jumping on them till the trophy pops. | |
|
|
Heavy Hitter | |
| Use your Ionic Powers 30 times. Just push down on the d pad a lot. This will happen naturally. | |
|
|
Matching Set | |
| Unlock and purchase a power of each type by performing stunts. Some skills require stunts to unlock. Of the two evil is easier to pull off and quicker. This will happen naturally while playing though the game. | |
|
|
Level Up | |
| Create a new mission using the UGC level editor. Sucker Punch was nice enough to give us premade missions which you can take advantage of. Just select the ring race mission then push X and upload. This will require you to finish the level which shouldn’t take more than 20 seconds. After this the mission will be uploaded and the trophy will unlock. | |
|
|
UGC Curious | |
| Play 10 user-generated missions. | |
|
|
UGC Veteran | |
| Play 25 user-generated missions. As you play though the game you will see green colored missions which stand for UGC. These will varry, but based off the early ones they average around 30 seconds and are rather basic like going though rings. Based off which one you play they can be very hard to as simple as killing a single person. | |
|
|
Trail Blazer | |
| Play 5 user-generated missions under the Newest filter. When you select UGC in the start menu you can select “Newest” as the missions you want to display. Simply beat 5 and you’re done. | |
|
