Could This Be an Uncharted 2 Rip Off On The Horizon
Could this game be an Uncharted 2 rip off, new information has surfaced of a PC game coming out september, it is an action packed game using the technology and raw power of gaming PC’s to reproduce the level of immersion and intensity of Uncharted 2? Hmm… or is it just trying to immitate last years Game of the Year?
Look at the box art for the game, You have Tensen on the left, You got Nathan Drake holding Chloe in his arms and then the pissed off reporter Elena on the sidelines, This is serious LOL.
The character list is below but please refer to the image at the top for comparisons.
Tensen
Whats going on people. This gets even funnier, notice how Tensen has a goatee and so does that dude on the left of the Lost Horizon box art, and lets not forget to mention about the ethnicity of the feller, or lets just skip that because it’s quite obvious.
Drake
Lets talk about Drake, I laughed hard on this one, look at the Gear, hes wearing the same bloody top, and holding his woman, you know, Drake holding Chloe like in uncharted 2 the game? Am I grasping at straws? I think not.
Chloe
This one has pretty much all the features as Chloe for looks, this is either extremely coincidental or an extreme rip off. You decide.
Elena
Are we still doing this, yes we are, why? well its sooo uncanny, I think the developers at Deep Silver couldn’t resist and did this as an inside joke, you got Elena the type of character with hair tied in a pony tail and she’s blond. Just Great.

i don’t know if it is but if it does turn out to be similar then it would remind me of that movie studio call The Asylum, they always release bad, low budget movies that are similar in name and story(sort of)….i.e. Transmorphers, Monster(cloverfield ripoff), snakes on a train, etc. etc.

Uncharted is just a huge cliche and just like any adventure film, it’s a carbon copy of the “Lost Horizon” novel by James Hilton
did you guys even know that this IP is actually a novel released in the 1930s or even way before? Sorry can’t remember correctly
When playing Uncharted I always thought that Lost Horizon was a huge inspiration for the series so the rip-off should be the other way round.

I can see where you might initially think this, but your comparisons are really weak. You are comparing Chloe to an Asian character and saying they look alike? Seriously? One is wearing proper Asian garb, the other, modern clothing. The Nazi blonde and Elena are identical because they are blonde? That’s it? The lead character is Drake because of his “bloody top”. Bombers were very popular back in WW2 as most pilots sported them. The only one you are close on is Tensen and that’s because he’s got the same type of face, but that’s not close at all.
Overall, not a very good article. You can’t write and this looks more like a forum post than anything. Keep trying.

Lost Horizon is a book from the 30′s about Shangri La (Shambala). If anything, Uncharted 2 is a rip-off of that book! Also, you can’t write for shit.

Alot of people here are taking this comparison seriously, its more of an parody enlightenment than an actual Game to Game comparison. Its for the funny simlilarities of the box art. This article is a joke, if you cant see that then you probably dont even smile.
